Aaron practices in the firm’s Litigation and Employment Law Groups. His practice includes defending corporate clients in litigation brought by employees under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other state and federal employment laws.

Aaron has experience in all aspects of litigation including trial work, arbitration and mediation in federal court, state court and before administrative agencies and tribunals.

Aaron has been a shareholder in McGrath North since 1997.
