Ron’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate finance and commercial lending, sales financing, commercial contracts, construction and real estate transactions, as well as related litigation.

His practice includes largely all forms of lending transactions, including transactions on the local, regional, national and international levels, whether secured or unsecured, and involving various purposes such as the construction and financing of single assets or the financing of multiple facility production and operating lines.

Ron has been a shareholder in McGrath North since 1985.
