Tracy’s work focuses on all aspects of trademark and copyright clearance, registration and protection. She also is involved in trademark and other intellectual property litigation, as well as proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Tracy also is involved in drafting technology related contracts, including software licensing agreements, professional services agreements and joint development agreements.  Tracy also has experience drafting franchise documents and securing franchise registrations for franchisors.

Before joining McGrath North in 2005, Tracy practiced more than two years at a mid-sized firm in Des Moines, Iowa.  Tracy became a shareholder with McGrath North in 2007.
