Dave’s practice is concentrated in the areas of securities, corporate and tax. He has thirty years experience in business and tax planning, including the structure and operations of business entities, public and private business financing, and succession planning.

Dave has served as securities counsel for initial public offerings and has represented public companies in equity and debt offerings, merger transactions and SEC reporting and disclosure.

Dave counsels medium-sized and large corporations with respect to planning, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Dave has substantial experience in corporate boardrooms advising the board of directors of private and public companies.

Dave joined McGrath North in 1972. He ws President of the firm from August 1996 to August 2010 and is a member of the firm's board of directors.
