Dean represents management in labor disputes, OSHA complaints, EEOC complaints, other employment matters, and in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. He has negotiated virtually all of the commercial building construction industry collective bargaining agreements in the state of Nebraska during the last 50 years and has regularly presented seminars on construction industry labor disputes. He has tried employment law and labor law cases in more than 20 states and has performed legal work for most of the larger commercial building contractors in the state of Nebraska. Dean also advises employers in disputes over construction contracts.

Dean has practiced in Nebraska for over 50 years and has been a shareholder at McGrath North since 1975.
