Keith's practice covers an assortment of domestic and international business and commercial matters. He has represented clients in a wide range of business acquisitions and divestitures within the U.S. and numerous foreign countries. Other transactional work includes the formation of joint ventures in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

Keith is also active in structuring, drafting and negotiating a variety of distribution, supply, manufacturing and other commercial agreements, both domestically and abroad. In connection with his commercial law practice, Keith advises clients on government export and import matters, including U.S. customs compliance.

Keith has been a shareholder in McGrath North since 1992.
