J. Terry has spent 40 years in the area of estate and trust administration, not only in Douglas and Sarpy Counties, but also throughout the State.  His experience includes 20 years in the trust and estate division of First National Bank.  His practice also includes drafting estate planning documents for individuals and families covering several generations.

He has been called upon to act as a mediator to assist the resolution of family differences particularly in estate and trust matters.  He has been with McGrath North in four different decades.
