Jeff represents public and private companies in buying and selling businesses, joint ventures and other complex transactions.  He is actively involved in drafting and negotiating merger agreements and asset and stock purchase and sale agreements. His experience also includes assisting clients in evaluating potential acquisition candidates.

Jeff’s practice includes handling the preparation and negotiation of service, license and other agreements involving financial services, data and transaction processing, and technology and software licensing.

He also advises clients on business formation and general corporate matters and represents clients in general commercial transactions.

Jeff joined McGrath North in 1998 and has been a shareholder since 2001.
