John’s practice focuses on personal injury trial work that includes representing plaintiff’s who are injured in automobile accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death and workmen’s compensation claims. He also defends these claims. He is actively involved in the Federal, State and Workmen’s Compensation courts in these areas. He is a mediator for these claims.

John’s practice includes health insurance defense litigation which involves disputes concerning health insurance contracts and ERISA claims.

John was in private practice for five years before joining McGrath North in 1979.  John has been a shareholder in McGrath North since 1980.
