Donald da Parma
Since becoming Of Counsel to McGrath North in 1990, Don’s practice has focused on the international arena, representing firm clients in acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and dispositions in Europe, Australia, South America, Asia and Africa. In addition to international M&A activity, Don has guided clients through a wide variety of problems they have encountered in their overseas activities and has overseen numerous foreign litigations and arbitration proceedings. Over the years, Don has developed relationships with legal counsel in major commercial centers throughout the world.
Prior to joining McGrath North, Don was a partner in a major New York law firm, specializing in domestic and international litigation. His home and adjunct office are in the Hudson River Valley, 60 miles north of New York City, which gives him easy access to New York City and the New York City area airports for his frequent overseas travel.
