Jonathan L. Grob
Jon's practice focuses on all aspects of federal and state taxation, estate and gift planning, estate and trust administration, and the formation, reorganization and operation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. He works with all sizes and types of clients from individuals and small business owners to large publicly held corporations. Jon advises businesses, individuals and non-profit organizations on a variety of contract related matters and regularly works with physicians and physician practices. Jon also has experience with state tax disputes, appeals and audits as well as federal tax controversies.
Jon joined McGrath North in 2007 as an associate.
