Denise's practice focuses on trademark and copyright law, areas in which she has 20 years of experience. She assists and advises clients on all aspects of the selection, use, availability, registration and protection of trademarks both domestically and internationally. In addition, she advises and assists clients in the registration and protection of copyrights at the U.S. Copyright Office and drafts and negotiates trademark and copyright license agreements on behalf of clients. Denise's clients operate in a wide range of fields, and include internationally known companies, start up companies, and individuals.

Prior to joining McGrath North in 2008, Denise practiced at boutique intellectual property law firms in Omaha since 1989. Prior to practicing trademark and copyright law, Denise practiced with a general practice law firm in Omaha.
