Abigail M. Moland
Abigail’s practice focuses on all aspects of employment and labor law, including employment discrimination, employment policies, and collective bargaining. She is also involved in the practice of immigration law with emphasis on business functions, including employment authorization and compliance. Drawing on her previous experience, Abigail has also practiced in the area of civil litigation, including workers’ compensation and insurance defense.
Abigail joined McGrath North in 2010 as an associate.
