• We are seeking a tax associate with 2+ years experience to join our tax and estate planning team.  Qualified candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and have experience in the areas of federal and state taxation.  An L.L.M. is a plus, but not required.  Interested candidates should submit their resumes to Kristopher J. • We are seeking an intellectual property attorney with 10+ years of experience.  Responsibilities will include advising clients on all aspects of copyright, trademark and unfair competition law,  including legal advice for intellectual property licensing engagements; foreign and domestic trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement;  proceedings  with the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; complex negotiations; and general intellectual property legal advice to both individual and corporate clients.  Qualified candidates must possess strong academic credentials.  Interested candidates should submit their resume to Kristopher J.
