Our attorneys have been recognized locally and nationally by outside professional and community organizations.  Foremost amongst these is the Martindale-Hubbell National Peer Review rating system.  This organization's highest ranking is the "AV" rating for legal ability, ethics, professional responsibility and diligence.  McGrath North has over 50 AV rated attorneys.  Seventeen of our attorneys have been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers In America.  Twelve of our attorneys have been awarded Fellow status by the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. 

We also participate in a variety of civic and charitable organizations, many in which our attorneys have held leadership roles. Our attorneys are also active in a variety of professional organizations.  These include the Omaha Bar Association (where four of our attorneys have served as President) and the Nebraska State Bar Association as well as professional associations including organizations dedicated to most of our practice areas.

Our attorneys have a longstanding practice of teaching continuing education courses for attorneys and other professionals.  We regularly teach at programs for the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Nebraska Society of CPAs and the Great Plains Federal Tax Institute.  We have also served as adjunct professors at Creighton University School of Law, teaching courses in multiple subjects.
