Daniel Kemp is a member of McGrath North’s Litigation, Dispute and Resolution practice group. He uses his creativity and tenacity to realize the results that matter most when counseling clients. As a strong, empathetic litigator, he helps clients navigate their litigation matters with a practical mindset to resolve disputes efficiently. His experience includes civil litigation, complex litigation, hybrid FLSA class actions, subrogation, and insurance defense for business owners and national insurance companies.
Dan is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2021 and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2017.
Dan has a dynamic background, including time in the Marine Corps, as a touring musician, and as an executive of a construction consulting company. Now he enjoys hiking the Loess Hills with his family, and as a former baker and sous chef, he enjoys cooking and baking.
