"The Conversation Has Shifted"
Abbey Moland, a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Shareholder in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, was recently quoted in the Omaha World Herald article titled ‘Omaha Community Leaders Involved in Diversity Initiative Say it’s Already a Game-Changer’.
Abbey is a member (Advocate) of the inaugural class of LeadDIVERSITY, a year-long program designed to build a network of leaders dedicated to creating localized solutions to diversity and inclusion opportunities in Nebraska.
As the chair of McGrath North’s own D&I initiatives, Abbey’s says that this experience has been a game changer for her, both personally and professionally. Her participation and training will be used in helping McGrath North foster its commitment to enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion within the firm and help continue the discussion of how we can make Omaha a more diverse, inclusive and equitable place to live, work and give back.
