McGrath North Leads Discussion on Condo and HOA Operations
On June 9, 2022, McGrath North held a conference focused on Best Practices in Condo and HOA Operation at the Scott Conference Center in Omaha. Bob Dailey and Madi Landolt of the firm were joined by Richard Patterson of Counterparts in the discussion of a wide variety of topics key to maintaining smooth, successful operations. The topics covered were:

- Compliance with Restrictive Covenants
- Pets and Animals
- HOA Management
Over 60 people participated in the event from our 30 different Condo and HOA associations. “We have worked closely for years in advising condominium association directors and developers on how to successfully maneuver their broad range of challenges,” said Bob Dailey of McGrath North. “With the increasing development in the Greater Omaha area, we know these challenges have only increased.”
