McGrath North Supports and Celebrates Black History Month
McGrath North is deeply committed to expanding diversity, equity, and inclusion in our profession, community, and firm.
McGrath North has a long history of supporting these efforts through concrete steps, such as its scholarship at Creighton Law School dedicated to helping minority students, which began over 20 years ago. Our firm also is a founding member of the Nebraska Legal Diversity Council, a unique partnership of law schools, businesses, and the State Bar Association to address the need for diversity within the legal profession in Nebraska.
“Our approach is to step up and step out to do more in expanding representation,” said Abigail Moland, Board member and Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. “We must and will continue to do more to ensure our actions align with our policies, practices, and core values as we celebrate and honor Black History Month.
