April N. Hook

“When involved in litigation, everyone needs somebody in their corner.  For my clients, that person is me.”

April is here to assist clients involved in, or contemplating litigation. This includes helping clients analyze their rights, examining the cost-benefit of a particular lawsuit, and actually defending or prosecuting claims. April helps her clients wade through the various issues associated with pursuing or defending a lawsuit, and has experience in litigating a wide-range of matters in both state and federal courts.  April acts as an advocate for her clients throughout the litigation process, and keeps her clients’ best interests at the forefront. Litigation is inherently stressful, and April’s client-centered focus goes a long way toward a positive outcome.

Case Studies / Success Story:
A business was involved in litigation relating to a death that occurred on company premises. The facts indicated the actions of the deceased individual significantly contributed to the death. April and her co-counsel developed a course of action that utilized those facts to defend against the lawsuit, and was able to favorably resolve the matter in the early stages of litigation.

“When a legal situation arises, even though a lawsuit may not have been filed, get in contact with your attorney so that you can protect your rights. “
