Caroline concentrates her practice in the area of Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation.  She represents clients of all sizes in legal and regulatory matters affecting employee benefit plans and counsels them on plan administration, design, implementation, participant disclosures, and reporting and filing requirements. Her practice also encompasses other benefit-related matters, including wellness programs, executive compensation, nonqualified plans, and HIPAA and COBRA compliance.

She also advises clients on the implications of relevant developments in federal and state law, with a specific interest in the tax code and health care reform.

During law school, Caroline worked as a law clerk for the employee benefits group at McGrath North, where she gained valuable experience working on health and retirement plans, and ensuring clients are in compliance with the various laws governing their plans.
