Dean G. Kratz


If experience is what you’re looking for, Dean has more than 50 years to give. Having represented management in labor disputes, OSHA complaints, EEOC complaints, construction contracts and other employment matters, Dean offers his clients a range of knowledge and insight. On top of that, he also helps negotiate collective bargaining agreements. He has negotiated virtually all of the commercial building construction industry collective bargaining agreements in the state of Nebraska during the last 50 years and has regularly presented seminars on construction industry labor disputes.
