Maryl C. Sattler


Maryl represents clients of all sizes throughout the litigation process in both state and federal courts.

She has experience representing clients at trial, depositions, administrative agency proceedings, and appellate arguments. Her litigation and courtroom skills enable her to effectively and aggressively advocate for her clients with the goal of achieving the best result in each case.

Maryl earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the Washington & Lee Law Review.  After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, during the 2011-2012 term.
