Nicole K. Griffard

Nicole practices in the firm’s litigation group and focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation.  She is experienced in all aspects of case preparation: legal research, obtaining discovery, assisting at depositions, and drafting pleadings.

Prior to joining the firm and during law school, Nicole worked as a law clerk for McGrath North where she gained valuable research and writing experience.  Her law clerk experience also includes working with in-house counsel on matters involving litigation, employment law and international law.  She also assisted the Douglas County Court with pretrial release interviews, and served as an extern for the Iowa District Court.
