Roger J. Miller

Every employer, regardless of size will, with regularity, face some form of dispute concerning its employees.  Regardless of whether those disputes involve a claim of discrimination, wrongful discharge or discipline, union organization drives, the negotiation of a renewal of a union contract, arbitration or mediation of employment disputes, Roger has assisted employers in successfully handling those disputes for over 40 years.

He has also trained company leadership in developing and administering lawful, non-discrimination employment policies and procedures.   He has a wealth of knowledge and experience that can help employers navigate the many laws and regulations affecting the employment relationship.
