Amy brings a broad set of skills to McGrath North’s intellectual property and information technology area. Drawing on over 13 years of practice, Amy will assist clients with legal matters related to information technology, data security, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other related areas. She has extensive experience handling a range of intellectual property and technology issues for clients in a diverse range of industries including health care, financial services and manufacturing.

Amy grew up in Omaha and received her law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1999 and obtained her bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in 1996. Prior to joining McGrath North, Amy was an attorney at Waller, Lansden, Dortch and Davis located in Nashville, Tennessee.
