Max is a member of McGrath North's Banking and Commercial Financial Services Practice Group, where he works on securities transactions and compliance matters, commercial loans and corporate transactions. Before attending law school, Max worked in finance and investment management, which brings him real-world experience and understanding for his clients. Max works with small startup to Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries, including technology, AI, banking, and agriculture.
Max believes it is important to have a deep understanding of his clients' business and how they operate so he can advise them in a way that aligns with their long-term goals and successes.
Max graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2025 where he earned his degree magna cum laude. During his time at Creighton, he was President of the Business Law Society and was a member of Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society. Before attending law school, Max received his bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the University of Puget Sound.
Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, reading, and watching sports.
