Tyrell is an attorney in McGrath North’s business corporate practice group, where he assists businesses with corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements. Additionally, he regularly works with businesses and nonprofits to navigate issues that arise throughout the business lifecycle, including establishment of a new organization.
Tyrell is motivated to continually improve and find new ways to help his clients. He is driven by his curiosity and his desire to learn, which extends outside of work as well, where he enjoys reading and trivia to stay sharp and relax.
Tyrell received his Bachelor of Science in biology and microbiology from the University of Nebraska—Lincoln. He received his Juris Doctor in 2025 from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
