Condo Association Directors: Don't Forget Your Annual Required Filing

Don’t forget that every Condominium Association must file with the Register of Deeds office a statement listing the name of the Condominium Association and the names and addresses of all the officers of the Association. This must be done every year prior to December 31. This is pursuant to a fairly recent amendment to the Nebraska Condominium Law.
