Case Study/Success Story:
Lee has been an integral strategist and actuator in a number of important corporate building projects over the years. Most recently Lee was involved from the outset in the site selection, due diligence and acquisition, deal structure, securing of entitlements and economic incentives, and putting in place a number of ancillary contracts for a time sensitive corporate headquarters building occupying an entire city block. Keeping the various private and public stakeholders aligned and moving forward in a timely and cooperative manner was absolutely critical to keeping the project on track and within budget.
