Jon Grob Presents at Estate and Business Planning Program

Today, McGrath North attorney and President Jon Grob had the privilege of presenting at UNL’s John Gradwohl Estate and Business Planning Program—a two-day event that covers federal and state developments regarding estate planning and business planning for attendees.

During his session, Jon provided key information about a popular estate planning technique called Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts (SLATs) and how SLATs can be a useful tool to reduce estate taxes and help clients accomplish estate, asset protection, and business succession goals.
