Kristin Probst Nalbach is a member of McGrath North’s Labor and Employment practice group, where she represents employers of all sizes in employment litigation matters and provides strategic advice on labor and employment law compliance. As a litigator, Kristin has defended employers in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, class-action wage and hour disputes, and breach of non-compete agreements. Kristin leverages her litigation and trial experience to provide employers practical advice on day-to-day employment issues and navigating compliance with federal and state law.
Kristin focuses on creating success for clients through the constant pursuit of excellence and a genuine commitment to serving others. She is dedicated to guiding clients through difficult decisions and providing tailored advice to meet each client’s unique needs. Prior to joining the Firm, Kristin clerked for Chief Judge Rossiter, Jr. at the Federal District Court for the District of Nebraska, where she gained valuable insight into all aspects of federal court litigation.
Outside of the office, Kristin enjoys entertaining family and friends, cooking new recipes using her fresh garden produce, and spending time at her family’s farm in Iowa.
