Prior to joining McGrath North as an attorney, Allee served as a law clerk at the firm, gaining hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, entity formation and structuring, and corporate governance. Allee received her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish in 2022 from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln before earning her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2025.
Max also clerked at the firm during law school, working on securities transactions and compliance matters, commercial loans, and corporate transactions. Max graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2025, where he earned his degree magna cum laude. During his time at Creighton, he was President of the Business Law Society and was a member of Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society. Before attending law school, Max received his bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the University of Puget Sound and also worked for more than four years in finance and investment management.
